Collection and return
Every day from 09:00 to 21:00, with at least 12 hours’ notice. Choose one of the available meeting points. You see the free times when you choose your dates.
Payment and security deposit
Hire is paid when booking. The deposit is a guarantee for the equipment, and you get it back after the return. For rentals of up to 4 days, you pay nothing: the amount is only blocked on your card from the day before collection, like at a hotel. For longer rentals, you pay the deposit together with the rental. Either way, once we've checked everything is fine, we release or refund it within 48 hours of the return. You always see the amount before you book.
