Website analytics
We do not use advertising cookies. On the website domain we use Umami, hosted on our VPS, to measure pages and catalogue interactions. We do not send names, emails, personalisation text, files, meeting dates or address parameters to the analytics. We respect the browser's Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser stores that choice on your device (local storage «tnz-theme»), only to keep the theme on later visits. That choice is not sent to us.
Data we collect
To reply to requests and manage rentals, we collect name, email, request details, dates and photographs when they are needed. For invoicing, we also collect the NIF and the name or company for the invoice, when you provide them.
Calendar and payments
We use Google Calendar to check busy periods and to record bookings. The site shows only the available times, without exposing the details of personal appointments. Payments and deposits are handled by Stripe. We do not receive the full card details. Invoices are issued by InvoiceXpress.
Data retention
Data from requests that do not go ahead, including attachments and emails, is deleted 12 months after the last contact. Last contact means the last message exchanged about the request. Data from completed bookings is kept for 3 years. Invoicing data is kept for the legal period of 10 years.
Legal bases and rights
We process the data to perform the rental contract and the orders, to meet legal invoicing obligations and, on the basis of legitimate interest, to prevent fraud and deal with damage. Processors: Stripe, Google and InvoiceXpress. Some may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided by the GDPR. You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability through [email protected], and you can lodge a complaint with the CNPD.
